Brokenness and Beauty

This is my story summarized in two photos.. I’ve experienced many moments of being uprooted and broken, like the tree in my yard. But I’ve also experienced beauty eclipsing my brokenness. This morning, I was surprised to find a new blossom just feet from this destroyed tree. It reminds me of the times when I thought I was broken beyond healing. Wounded beyond repair. But Jesus. He specializes in transforming brokenness into beauty. Hopelessness into grace. Of this, I am proof. ❤️
